Spiritual weekend in Kančevci
Every year in January we organize spiritual weekend, which attracts many adult scouts and guides with whole families to the very east part of our country. This year about 60 adult scouts and guides with 30 children gathered in Kančevci. We had very interesting theme: “What can Scouting/Guiding do for our families?”. We created “scout families” from members from different guilds and we live “family life” in these small groups. Our children had their own programme. Many interesting discussions, ideas exchange, singing, praying and real friendships created. Great event! See Photo Galery from Kančevci.
ZBOKSS Wiki
We all know Wikipedia - the biggest encyclopaedia on the world. What if we, scouts and guides, could use this valuable tool for collaborative work in planning our activities, for co-creation of useful materials and also for use of this materials?
We put use of wiki in practice some months ago with ZBOKSS Wiki, which is our common place for co-creation of our handbook. We all create book together and it could be used immediately. We plan to have this wiki as centre of valuable materials for all our members. Use of wiki is simple, but still some knowledge and skills are needed, so we organize practical webinars (seminars on internet) to spread the knowledge.
