New Europe Region Committee

The Europe Region Committee consists of one representative of each Sub-Region (West, South, Nordic & Baltic and Central Europe).
Since the European Conference in Cracow there has been a shuffle within the board. The main objective of new Regional Committee is to solve things within the region (not to bother ISGF with tasks we can handle ourselves).
