“This letter is written on behalf of the members of the Australian Fellowship of Former Scouts and Guides.

Spirit Flame Project
We wish to congratulate the World Committee on the most successful outcome of this ambitious project. It has obviously taken a lot of time and effort by many people and appears to have created considerable interest and support in the countries through which the Flame travelled. What a wonderful Public Relations vehicle it became and we are sure the ISGF will benefit greatly for some time to come.
