Kite festival in Denmark
Posted on November 27, 2007 by Aleš
Local guilds in Denmark created 45 “kite airports” all over the country and both children and adults created kites (most of them were very good in the air).
We estimate that more than 3500 kites were flying. Although the weather was terrible for kites (much rain and less wind), it was big fun, and of course there were other activities on the airports.
The festival was planned as a nationwide PR project, and for sure, many participants had a marvellous day, where they also learned a lot about the Fellowship.
